By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Account: your registered profile on the Platform.
• Personal Data: information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Partner Professionals: independent service providers who offer services via the Platform.
• Service Providers: vendors who help us operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, support tools, payment processors).
• User-Generated Content (UGC): reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or other content you submit.

This Policy applies to visitors, customers, and Partner Professionals who use the Platform.

It does not cover third-party privacy practices outside the Platform.

A) Information you provide: name, phone, email, booking details, address/service location, notes, support communications, and UGC.

B) Information collected automatically: device/usage data, IP address, app/browser information, and performance/crash logs.
