Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Coolvolt Solutions website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is a home services marketplace that enables users to discover, book, and pay for services provided by independent third-party service professionals (“Professionals”).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

• Coolvolt Solutions operates a marketplace and generally does not itself provide the home services.
• Professionals are independent contractors and not our employees/agents.
• We do not guarantee that a Professional will accept a booking or that results will meet expectations.

• Listings may show fixed prices, estimates, or inspection-based quotes depending on the service.
• Final charges may vary with scope, materials, complexity, or time required.
• Professionals should seek your approval before chargeable add-ons; use in-app chat where possible.

• Payments may be processed via third-party payment gateways.
• Cancellation/no-show fees may apply depending on service type and timing (where disclosed).
• Refunds, if eligible, are typically returned to the original payment method; timelines depend on providers.

• Users and Professionals must behave respectfully and lawfully.
• Unsafe/illegal requests, harassment, or abuse may result in suspension or termination.
• Professionals may refuse/stop work due to safety risks, access issues, or materially changed scope.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coolvolt Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability related to a booking will not exceed the platform fees actually paid to Coolvolt Solutions for that booking (or INR 1,000, whichever is higher), unless required by applicable law.

• The Platform’s software, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Coolvolt Solutions.
• You retain responsibility for content you submit (reviews, photos, messages).
• You grant us a license to use User Content for operating and improving the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or pose a safety/security risk.

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact support to attempt resolution. If not resolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat/venue is Uttar Pradesh, India, and proceedings are in English, unless agreed otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution section, courts in Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction.
